I am Karin, an Executive Consultant, Trainer and Transformational Coach for women. It is my conviction that every woman can lead a fulfilled and successful life if she knows who she truely is, if she defines her lane in life on her own terms and walkes it with self-confidence.  I created MY LANE, an integrated business and personal consultancy and coaching, including a transformational process for individual and corporate female clients experiencing a need for orientation, change, seeking for control, happiness, and personal and professional growth. 

Women in all their personal and professional areas of life deserve professional development services as exceptional and unique as they are. With my 20 years of professional expertise as corporate and communications consultant and certified systemic coach as well as my real-life experience I want to inspire women and support transformation and strategic change, that best meet their needs. With MY LANE I am providing a space for women where I focus on building my clients’ capacity to find solutions to their challenges, balance business and wellbeing and maximize their skills to reach their full potential and live a happier, healthier and successful life. MY LANE is also a community that promotes exchange.
